On May 14, 2025, the conference titled “Conditions for the Energy Transformation of Housing Communities in Poland” took place at the Menedżerska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych in Warsaw. The event was organized by the Polish Federation of Real Estate Professions Associations (PFSZN) and the National Energy Conservation Agency (NAPE S.A.).

The conference brought together experts, property managers, representatives of public institutions and financial bodies, as well as professionals from the construction and energy sectors. Discussions focused on key challenges related to the energy modernization of multifamily buildings, the role of property managers, available support mechanisms, and best practices from both Poland and Europe.
Main topics included renovation needs of housing communities, financing for thermal modernization, rising energy costs, and new legal requirements related to the energy transition.
